Tonight’s Game Update – Hustle Ohio 7U/9U

Dear Hustle Parents,
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back on the court tonight for our 7U and 9U game action!
While we were once again unable to secure a Kentucky opponent for tonight, we’ll be mixing up the two current teams to create a balanced and competitive matchup. We’ll have officials on site, and you can expect a fun, energetic, and structured game environment for all players.
There will be no admission charge, and we hope you continue to see your athlete learning, improving, and enjoying the game each week.
Looking ahead, we are actively working on revamping our program structure and timing in conjunction with Spooky Nook to provide an even stronger experience with increased participation moving forward. More details will be shared very soon.

Summer Hustle Select Tryouts + Season Info (Copy)

Hi everyone,
Just a reminder, Summer tryouts are tomorrow.
TRYOUTS – Wednesday, May 28 at Griffin Elite
• 2nd–5th Grade: 6:00 PM
• 6th–8th Grade: 7:00 PM
Attendance is expected for all players planning to participate this summer.
RETURNING PLAYERS:

You can skip the $5 tryout fee by entering the code TRYOUT2025 when registering.
SUMMER SESSION DETAILS
Season Dates: June 1 – July 31
• Weekly league games at Landmark, Sports of All Sorts, and Griffin Elite
• One 90-minute team practice each week
• Optional additional training available
Tournaments (3 total):
• Ohio Players Nationals – June 20–22 (Cincinnati, OH)
• Bluegrass Sprint – July 12–13 (Lexington, KY)
• Battle of the Bridges – August 2–3 (Louisville, KY)
COST:
$415 per player for returning players
Includes league and tournament entry, referee fees, coaching stipend, practice time, and more.
We’ve seen amazing growth this Spring, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going. Summer is the perfect opportunity for players to stay active, keep improving, and continue building team chemistry.

G-League Ohio Update – Game Day Tonight + Schedule & All-Star Info

Hi G-League Families,
It’s game day tonight!
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to arrange the remaining schedule and coordinate KY teams to come out. Tonight marks our last Thursday game—moving forward, all games and scrimmages will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Ohio G-League Update – Games Schedule Change & Tonight’s Practice

Hi everyone,
We’re excited for a great night of training and practice tonight—players should come ready to work!
We wanted to update you on this week’s game schedule. Last week, Spooky Nook informed us they would need the facility this Friday for a large event, and we were bumped to Thursday night. Initially, we believed we could make the Thursday adjustment work, but after reviewing availability across players, coaches, referees, and Hustle staff, it became clear that Thursday wasn’t feasible for many.
As a result, we’ve made the decision to cancel this week’s games. Rest assured, all games will be made up, and we’ll be back on track with games next Friday as originally scheduled.
We’re actively working to coordinate with the KY teams for the rest of the regular season and will update your Playbook app with game times and matchups as soon as they’re finalized.
Thanks for bearing with us as we continue to make adjustments and deliver a strong season. We appreciate you—and we’ll see everyone tonight!

We’re looking forward to another great night of Ohio G-League action at Spooky Nook this evening!
As many of you know, we’ve been inviting our Kentucky teams to join us up here to ensure strong matchups across all divisions. While we don’t have as many KY teams available tonight, we’re still planning for a fun and competitive evening of games and will do our best to create great matchups for all teams.

Ohio G-League Updates / Schedule

Hustle Family -
Great opening day on Friday, the players looked great in their new uniforms and the games were good.
As we work on the specific schedule (with the KY teams), we wanted to provide some guidance on the schedule for the remainder of the session so you can plan. Below is a list of all remaining dates. We will put the speciffic times once we lock down the KY opponents each week. There could be weeks where your team might have a 'bye' if no Kentucky team is available. We would make that date up as a double header on another date.
The girls 11U team will continue to have 'Bonus' games in KY each Saturday at 12:00 pm.

Just a friendly reminder that some teams have games this Thursday 5/8 and there will be future weekday games in May and June for all teams as well. Please continue to check your Playbook app schedule and get in the habit of using the RSVP tab to let your coach know whether or not your player will be in attendance for each scheduled event.
